Re: Vegas Casinos With 1/2NL ?
I liked that post the first time you made it, and I like even more that you've joined me in pasting in boilerplate in response to repetitive questions.

Re: Vegas Casinos With 1/2NL ?
I'll be playing 1/2 NL at MGM when I go. I'm also staying at MGM. Can I use the comps I earn to offset some of the hotel bill? Or am I limited to food comps?

Re: Vegas Casinos With 1/2NL ?
[ QUOTE ]
The major differences are the buyin limits. $50 at Luxor, $200 at most places, $300 at Paris/Bally's/Harrah's, $500 at Caesars and TI, unlimited at Wynn. (I'm sure there are other exceptions to the $200 cap, too.) [/ QUOTE ] Can you help me here? What are the pros and cons of at the 50 cap table as opposed to buying in at a typical 200 cap? Thanks |

Re: Vegas Casinos With 1/2NL ?
I like Caeser's 1/2 the best. It plays very loose most of the time and their is a $500 max buy-in.

Re: Vegas Casinos With 1/2NL ?
I like MGM's $1/$2 tables... Mixed level of opponents, nice room, good service...
If you want to play against some of the worst players on the planet, try the Luxor. It's a weird game, though three blinds (1-1-2) and you can only buy-in for $50.... Still, that said, I've never sat at a table with more ridiculous donkeys in my life. Its like a bunch of blackjack drunkards stumbled onto a poker table and started playing... I tripled up in about 90 min there last time I was in town... |
