Re: Flush vs Nit
[ QUOTE ]
If I'm min raising here, im calling a push. [/ QUOTE ] the read is that this guy is a nit. do you think he's value-pushing a small flsuh on a paired board? or that he's bluff 3-betting all-in? |

Re: Flush vs Nit
1st off I hate the min raise here against a NIT. However, my point is that if I do min raise here with the effective stacks, I'm doing so in hopes of getting it all in (against a looser opponent).

Re: Flush vs Nit
In this case though, this is a call. Too much risk on this board and not enough information.

Re: Flush vs Nit
[ QUOTE ]
If I'm min raising here, im calling a push. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah, and then we are good about 5% of the time when he pushes. This is going to sound sooooo nitty but I think we are getting too amped up on this "valuetown" phenomena against nitty players. Get in and get out in spots like these and get sick value in other spots vs regulars and the fish. |

Re: Flush vs Nit
Just call. If you min raise he folds when he is beat, calls with the nut flush and goes all-in with KJ or J9.
