wow you messed it up pf IMO. And on the flop he bets bc he hopes you'll do exactly what you do. Check pf and fold flop next hand...

preflop is fine imo. I will keep pounding until they actually start LRR'ing me. After seeing him donk out this particular flop, I would also start taking free flops when they are offered. There are two possibilities here: he limp/called a decent hand or he is willing to fight back at you post flop. Both are bad for raising any 2 cards.
