This is true, although some places (like the place I play) get sticks up their asses if you have any electronic devices at the table.

I usually have one, maybe two d-bags at the table, but the other night was a rare one. I think everybody must have just watched like 12 straight hours of WSOP/WPT telecasts because my 100NL table was filled with them. As soon as I sat down I saw one guy flop top set and facing a bet starting crying about pot odds in the most annoying voice in the world. He would never shut up and always table coached every hand. Then after he left, another WPT douche sat down and showed his hand EVERY SINGLE TIME then provided commentary about what draw he was going for, what odds he was getting, why he did this, why he did that.

Then ANOTHER guy sat down with the full Hellmuth gear, took FOREVER to make even the most mundane decisions. He actually took 5 seconds to call an all-in of ONE GOD DAMN DOLLAR in like a $120 pot. He played about as slow as Jerry Yang on the WSOP FT. Of course he went busto, then rebought and pushed all-in blind with 62o and ran into KK. LOL I DON'T REMEMBER MIKE SEXTON RECOMMENDING THAT PLAY BUCKFUTTER.
