1/2 players are incredibly annoying. I listened to my Ipod yesterday at a 1/2 table and found it much more bearable, and it kept me from getting too bored given the glacial pace that it moves compared to online.

nothing wrong with an ipod at a 1/2 game. Its alot better than listening to idiots justify "feeler" raising their weak aces by commiting more than half their chips

QFT. For a long time I had an big, old Creative MP3 player, so I never brought it to the casino. Now I have an sleek iPod, so I can finally tune out all the [censored] I have to listen to at the table.

maybe its just because i havent played live much, but i love listening to idiots tell me how their call all in with 87ss was +ev cause it has more outs than jacks (have actually been told this at a home game)

i played 2-2 live yesterday at oceans 11 (oceanside). load guy shows up at the table talking about how he just came from vegas and bubbled the 1500 pl event blah blah raymer this..blah blah. i eneded up telling him to shut his loud mouth and hurry up and leave when he was standing up for a table change. he then procedded to tell me he was gonna beat my ass. he was in seat right next to me so i stood up and said you wont do [censored] to me. floor came over and thats that. the whole table was cracking up. so i end up deep, start a 3 way pot from button and proceed to lose my whole stack to A9 holding AJ on board of A 7 4, K, (i shoved, he tanked for like 3 min lol, i was really verbally mixing him up) and he called. river 9. i hate poker.
