Eat+Sleep+Lift

I have found eating to be the hardest part over the past 2 years and am sick of eating.

Stinky at the end of the day and headed into the shower? Might as well take time out to do a couple of two-minute rounds of rope jumping first.

Disaagree with jumping rope to gain lbs.

Most importantly, even if you can't take an hour, you can always find five minutes here or there.

Agreed. If you do 3 sets of an exercise with hour of rest in between sets, it can still help you gain lbs.

You can do a variety of stuff of in your room:
Bodyweight exercises
Improvise with furniture
Buy a barbell or someting and use it there

Be careful of overtraining. Instead of overtraining, if you have a "spare hour" better to buy/prepare/consume food if you want to gain lbs.

Jumping rope isn't to gain pounds, that's true. I just meant it as an example of something to do when you have a few minutes.

Also, like you, I found the eating part of gaining muscle really hard to do. Eating the kind of amounts I needed to make a difference was often extremely uncomfortable -- and that's saying a lot, because I've always just naturally eaten more than almost everyone I've ever met. Just catastrophic amounts of food. I think another thing bothered me a lot was that once the muscle was gained, I still needed to eat so much to keep it on. My body just doesn't really want to hold muscle, and I can only get it and keep it by not only just working out right and getting tons of sleep, but by forcing food down my throat at an appalling, uncomfortable rate that makes me feel bloated and cramped.

I dont want to start a new thread for this...

Will drinking ensure plus (350 calories per 8oz) help me gain weight? It tastes good, but, it's relatively expensive so I don't want to just blow my money on it if it is not gonna help me gain weight.

Yeah if you drink it in place of water with meals. Calories make you gain weight.
