Actually, I take that back. Hang Tough > Power Ball in the "other than Assault" category.

I liked Powerball for the brutal tackles.

Do old American Gladiator episodes replay on TV anywhere?

Sam...awesome poll. Voted for Assault as the coolest (what's not cool about shooting tennis balls at people?) But I think my favorite was the Joust. Gemini is my favorite Gladiator by far (favorite Gladiator poll requested please.) He dominated the Joust, except against this older dude named Elden Kidd...I think Elden went 4-0 against Gemini in the Joust, and it was a great grudge match subplot for the episodes Elden was in. Also enjoyed Powerball and B&C. Swing Shot was gay (also, another poll...gayest event?)

Assault would be the coolest if you were the Gladiator who got to man that cannon.

Powerball had the best action. Crazy dunks and people getting clotheslined by gladiators.

Assault and its not even close

[/ QUOTE ]

This event was genius, it had elements of risk, pain, strategy, agility, but it was also somewhat fair. Some of the events were just brutal, which to me was boring b/c you knew what was going to happen. This one was cool b/c their was some mystery as to what could happen. Best event ever.

This list is missing "Snapback" and "Gauntlet." Just as well; they were both pretty lame.

In order from best to worst:

Powerball
Assault
Atlasphere
Swingshot
Pyramid
Joust
Sky Track
The Wall
The Maze
Breakthrough & Conquer
Human Cannonball
Tug-O-War
Gauntlet
Snapback
Whiplash
Hang Tough
