So, how do I become less fishy? What do I change? Is it just a matter of playing less hands, or is there more to it?

play fewer hands, play position, play more aggressive. i.e. play better.

Noob question I know, but I'm not sure what these three stats are.
What are they, and what are mine?

But every hand looks like it could have so much potential! Lol. Yes, I realise I should fold a heck of a lot more.

I do play position in the sense that the majority of my raises are from the button or one off the button, so far as I recall. I can't see where that's shown in the stats above.

I'll call a late position raise when I'm out of position with any decentish hand, though, perhaps rather more than I should.

Stats are unimportant, but you're probably critically misplaying one out of every two hands.

vpip (how loose preflop), pre flop raise (how aggressive preflop), and total aggression factor (how aggressive postflop)

Sounds like you're just saying that for the sake of being nasty, on the basis of no particular evidence. I do want to get better, and comments like that aren't helpful in any way. On the contrary, while pre-flop I'm clearly very fishy I think it's possible that I've counterbalanced this by generall playing well.

Over this small sample size, it's clearly been my trips to bigger tables that have killed me. I can't work out how to get Pokertracker to display all this info on the same screen, so I'll type it out:

$2/$4, 16 hands -$480.79. This money I'd won at lower limits over the previous few days)

$1/$2, 86 hands -$292.31. Again I'd won this money at lower limits over a longer period.

$0.50/$1, 305 hands +$692.44.

$0.25/$0.50, 1237 hands +$261.03

$0.10/$0.20, 119 hands -22.94

$0.05/$0.10, 65 hands, -$7.75

and a couple of hands at the micro tables not worth mentioning.

I should stick to $0.25/$0.50 for a few months and, if I can prove myself a winner there and build a roll, move up to $0.50/$1.

So my stats are 62.2/12/0.60, right?

The aggression factor is skewed so low because I stink preflop. On the flop/turn/river I'm pretty decently aggressive, I think it's saying, but correct me if I'm way off.
