I think a professional poker player's union is a great idea, but unfortunately PPA isn't it. PPA seems to be nothing but Party Poker's political orginization. Yes I'm a member, but only cuz of that Party bonus thing.

There's nothing anyone can do about this, except not play there. Party can run their business any way they like.
I think this is the beginning of the end of people making a living at internet poker. Obviously cash game players have been given the big shaft. I've been playing for 3 1/2 years and I think I've seen 4 of a kind beaten once. On the other hand, a lot of pro's might go elsewhere, thus negating the effect of the higher rake. But this seriously sucks the big one.
