If by freaky you mean incredibly beautiful, then YES!

I've never been around other dudes who have seen a girl with waist-length hair who haven't awestruck by it and commented how beautiful and sexy they think it is. It's pretty rare, and especially when really well cared for, launches me instantly into fantasy.

No it doesn't. It's well maintained and looks great.

Although it starts to get kind of ridiculous when it's that long just because it must be so hard to manage.

I've never seen this, but I've seen it on Asian girls who I'm guessing weren't mormons.

I dunno where some of you guys are coming from, but when I've seen cute girls with hot legs and short shorts having their asses brushed and tickled by their hair as they move and walk along, it's been pretty damn mesmerizing and heart-stoppingly sexy.
