Personally I hate c/r-ing the flop with a hand like that against an unknown on a drawy board. It's not like you can read anything much into his bet size. I'd either fold or call for me, but I'd throw in a c/r sometimes if it seemed OK against someone I knew something about. On the other hand, if you are German then this is a 100% c/r, obviously.

Having called then leading the turn isn't terrible if you reckon on making a decent decision on the river (so often I feel like you have to fire again on the river a lot as you get called on the turn by lots of marginal hands that have a spade, or it takes two bets to make someone believe you have something etc).

As others have said, the river bet looks a bit big.

i think the turn is pretty bad. i might bet like 110 on the river, but whatever size fits into your usual game is fine.

pf is marginal, but given that i think c/c is ok on flop.

Flop: problem is that you're giving villain more information than you're getting

Turn: I'd c/r or c/f. What's the point of a lead?
