I went to netspend.com and got a reloadable visa. Who knew I would have a Vince Young Visa card?

$5.95 fee for "account maintenance (waived if account has debit or credit taransaction and/or balance inquiry within 90 days)

i take that to mean if I cashout or deposit at least once every 90 days, then there is no $5.95 monthly fee ??

Yikes
card fulfullment (shipping and handling) up to $19.95

I believe there is a $5.95 90 day inactivity fee. Go buy a soda at a store one day. Bam, transaction. I think checking the balance at an ATM for free might also count

They charge $1 per credit transaction into stars. Unless you pay the $9.95 for unlimited transactions
