Lads, I'm inside UB right now. I logged in a few hours ago, before things went crazy.

The games are still going smoothly but none can sit down at other tables.

Man, I hope they're recording these hand histories. I'm already up 70 BBs this session!

On their website they say something about a new software update. Maybe they are updating? Or maybe that "new software update" is just old news.

FWIW my rakeback provider got their update on the 15th. So UB's likely being inconsistent as usual.

Now that I can log bac kon to UB the cashier is tellig me that I have $233 "in play" even though I have had no tables open for hours. They need to get it together!

Yeah I just thought my account had been emptied but it turns out that my 4 tables worth of money are still "on the table" from about 3 hours ago. Bad that its down... good that no one got scammed

I'm guessing most of the people in this thread are new to UB, because this certainly isn't the first time this has happened. (The money still in play part.) UB gets things straightened out eventually.
