I don't like your line here. I think a check/raise is a mistake. Being a check/minraise or a check/male-raise doesn't change that it's a mistake IMO.

I would just lead out 1/2 potsized bet and call any raise.
Then I'd make a blockbet type of bet on the turn and if he has any kind of hand he will push and all you need to do is call.

This way you look scared (or on a draw) and you will get much more hands Jx to stack of. The way you played it, anything without a Jack is going to fold and you don't even give them a chance to bluff.
