I think pf is totally standard. I lead the flop personally, I can't see how a cr is better, though it might get a run occasionally it is not my default.

I suck at these small pot hands, but I vaguely like the idea of calling and leading a non-face card turn.

not adding much to the discussion but just out of curiosity are u the type of player who completes A2-A8o here or who raises it leader? ur play has quite a bit more verisimilitude if u just complete those hands, altho vs a donk those kinds of considerations dont matter much anyways.

I don't raise A2o-A6o much here. A8o I raise a decent amount.

I think what to do on the flop has to do with getting into the head of Bt and deciding what he thinks an A would do. I tend to think that a lot of donks see this kind of cr in a limp pot as a sign of strength.

wtf @ this thread

folding preflop is not even close to being an option

theres two idiots in the pot and it costs u one quarter of a big bet to see a flop with a pair

[/ QUOTE ]

Thank you. I read the original post like three times because I thought I was missing something.

Yeah anybody talking about folding 22's here needs to pick up a beginners holdem book so they can learn how to play poker again. Folding 22's here would be atrocious.

Im not sure about postflop. I think its close between just betting the flop and check/folding the turn UI(even if you never play Ax or Qx this way, most people wont know this and even if they do they will usually fold if they have nothing anyways) OR check/raising the flop and bet/folding the turn.

Oh by the way. In case you didnt know Sparky, the Pistons are going to win it all and the funny part is nobody even realizes it yet. Everybody keeps talking about San Antonio or Phoenix winning it all. Nobody west of the Mississippi understands how great this Piston team is. When the Pistons play San Antonio/Phoenix in the NBA finals, they will win in 4 or 5 games and then the NBA world will understand just how great these Pistons are.

CWebb was a big acquisition. Im anti Detroit since the bad boy days of the late 80s early 90s, due to the whole Celts rivalry but I ll admit they have a good squad again this year.

I do this with air in similar situations a fair amount. Usually c/r a baby pair hoping for an immediate fold but maybe I shouldn't for balance.

Why isn't anyone mentioning the team with the BEST RECORD as a contender anymore? I think Dallas is the overwhelming favorite and will prove all their doubters wrong.
