Re: How\'s my river play here?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] call the 3bet. Joe's right about going more on the flop. Hard for most live players to put you on 77 here. [/ QUOTE ] I think I've gone 6 bets in such a situation and still got C/R on the turn!! [/ QUOTE ] no lag ever gives anyone credit for anything ever on the flop. This is why free card plays are so terrible against them. 4 bet him, and watch as he calls you and then donks the turn anyway. I don't know why everyone on this forum is so ever to going to war without the nuts on the river all the time. 4 bet the river. |

Re: How\'s my river play here?
I take it one more bet....if he is lag as the rest of em---I'm sure you make the bets back the longer you play with them.
Snowball is a winner here. Most players here play weak tight in most of these situations. Getting "crazy" isn't an option. What did tommy angelo say many a times---i'd rather be weak tight than strong broke! It applies to professional play. Just something to think about. |

Re: How\'s my river play here?
Well looks like the concensus is I should have went one more bet. I was more concerned that I might of lost an extra bet That I shouldn't have by raising the river to begin with. But I know I had to raise. Anyways I called the river and he turned up QQ. That's the way it goes.
