[ QUOTE ] Link BTW, this site doesn't list which games are spread (that I could find anyhow). It has locations and whether they have poker or not and seems fairly comprehensive. Does anyone know whether the casinos in Paris will have limit? [/ QUOTE ] From what I understand the Aviation Club in Paris currently has pot limit dealer's choice and NLHE. They may have a table or two of limit holdem, but it may be high stakes if they have it. [/ QUOTE ] Thanks for all the responses to the Paris Q. Perhaps I should've started my own thread rather than hijack this one. I would feel comfortable playing the equivalent of 20/40 -30/60 USD, provided it was a decent game. I'm not sure if this is quite high enough. I could play NL. But since I'll have plenty else to do, I'm not sure this will be worth my time as I'm prob only slightly +EV b/c I've spent very little time playing NL. Maybe I'll do it just for the experience. |

The Aviation club in Paris often has higher stakes limit tables, however they usually play 2-7 triple draw and maybe some other games (I only saw 2-7 being played at what seemed 20/40 euro and 100/200 or 200/400 limit). Other than that, I can't think of any card room in Paris routinely running limit games. Concorde only has NL and occasionally some PL dealer choice. Wagram, same. Pigalle's card room only NLH. I'm only familiar with those 4, but it's safe to say that the only limit action you'll find in cardrooms in Paris will be at the Aviation club playing mid/high stakes poker variants.
