If you have 44 and the flop is KT4, you want A3 to peel even if the pot is 14SB.

Also, raising small to medium pocket pairs is a pretty big mistake in these games if every pot figures to go multi-way. You want people to make very loose calls out of the SB/BB with crap cards. They will often make and chase second best hands to your set.

Even if they're calling any 2 for a single bet, someone else might put in the 3-bet and from there it gets capped for fun more often than not.

In a really loose game I wouldn't raise anything lower than Tens UTG.
