This isn't about 3 pairs.

I have two pairs.

HE HAS NO PAIRS. NONE OF THE CARDS IN HIS HAND ARE THE SAME AS ON THE BOARD.

Why should he get any credit when he didn't do any work? I worked hard to make my pair!!
