I have trouble seeing him take this line with QQ or JJ,

Then how do you think he would play QQ, JJ, preflop and postflop?

Flop bet of 1/3 pot seems pretty bad if you are not calling push? 21/14 is a pretty wide range.

I bet more on the flop...as played it looks like you're trying to give yourself an escape hatch.

Getting 3-1 I call all day.

Another problem is that your small flop bet opens yourself completely to a bluff or at least a very aggressive play by lower overpair like JJ,QQ if he takes your small bet for a weak CB with AK or maybe AQ.
I think you have to call here, though I hate those spots.

What is with the super small flop bet and then fold to the the raise? When you get called preflop you are getting you money in on pretty much any flop that doesn't contain an A. Can't put this guy on specifically AA.

How would you know? Did you get special info that I didn't? I really hate the small lead and then fold. I think a crai would be better.

My flop lead was not with any intention to fold to a shove, he basically committed all of his chips preflop, seeing as I fourbet another regular and get called about once every 20k hands. If he had even thougth for a few seconds after my flop bet, then shoved I coulda put him on QQ, but he beat me into the pot with all his money, with no regard to my bet.
