By 1BB/hand I mean 1BB/hand that you PLAY and I don't mean 1BB/hand profit, I mean 1BB/hand before taking out the blinds. Work it out:

Over 100 hands, you pay
SB 16.6 times
BB 16.6 times
for a total of -25BB

If you play 25 hands, and average 1BB per each of those, you earn +25BB

25BB - 25BB = 0. Right?

play 12.5% of your hands at 1 bb/100. 12.5 bb/100.

= 0

play 25% of your hands at 1 bb/100. 25 bb/100 - 12.5 bb/100 = 12.5 bb/100 and you're the sickest brown trout ever
