i can't see why party would back down as this only affects affiliates who offer rakeback, something they are spefically told not to do.

gl in getting the decision reversed though, more money to us is better than more profit to a company.

I would estimate the percentage of the people who play on partypoker and actually know about affiliates, rakeback or whatever is going on to be over 95%
