Call flop against this player...you not folding anything in his range with basically a minraise besides AK maybe. You don't have close to 45% equity here to shove..as played just fold.

Against tight players like this IP just call on flop, if he missed he'll check the turn (depending on the amount you can decide whether you have odds to call turn) and you can steal it from him then or take the free card and hope to complete the flush on the river or possibly steal the pot then.
