the Donnie Darko cover of "Mad World" ... that's a good choice

Video game music is a whole different planet. "Pusherman" from NARC ... it goes on and on.

This is one of the best uses of music in a tv spot I've seen in a while. Very effective.

Nike - Endure / Johnny Cash - Hurt (qt)

I can't seem to find it on boardsmag or shortsville, but Cadillac had an ad with The Album Leaf - Always For You. It wasn't a great ad or anything, but I just love that song.

The Cash-Nike ad is great. I can't believe I'd never seen that one before. Another one I like is the AC/DC-Nike ad from about a year ago:

I LOVE the tune that goes with Gilbert Arenas' agent zero ADIDAS commercial.

Anyone know that tune?

the geico commercial with the royksopp song.

Not the first time that song has been involved in commercials. Coca-cola did a spot like a year or two ago that was a ridiculously blatant rip-off of the music video for Remind Me. I can't find it online 'cause I don't know the name of the commercial or anything, but they weren't even trying to hide how blatantly they were ripping it off. I only saw it twice, so not sure how much it ran, but just imagine this video being 60 seconds long and about Coke instead of urban infrastructure. Fwiw, Royksopp consistently puts out ridiculously sick music vids (this isn't really one of them).
