Re: How long have you gone without sex in a relationship?
If you don't count long distance, maybe 2 days.
If you count long distance...a month. My gf and I saw each other a ton though when I was doing long distance in Chicago....like 5 times a semester. |

[ QUOTE ]
If we count my ex who was a total prude, then we need more poll options. (p.s: never ever ever ever date a girl like this) If we count my current gf, then a week. (she needed to recuperate... heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh) [/ QUOTE ] Yep. I have had a week as well. Re: How long have you gone without sex in a relationship?
About two weeks, but only cuz she started on the pill and her system was all screwed up.
Other than that, a week, tops. Edit: I'm 21, which might have something to do with it. |

Re: How long have you gone without sex in a relationship?
every girl with whom i've held a long relationship has been willing to have sex at any time. i can't imagine this is that uncommon. it shocks me when people have been with somebody for 6+ months and they're talking in terms of "getting some" and whatever. so i have sex any time that i want to have sex, which is nowhere near 7 times a week. once or twice a month of vaginal intercourse is fine with me as with oral thrown around more frequently.
as a fun relationship thing, i decided to do something unique this month and have sex (at least oral with me going down on her too) every night. it has been a sort of bonding experience, and it certainly assures that you don't go to bed disconnected with your partner. i recommend trying it sometime for the mental benefits. |

Re: How long have you gone without sex in a relationship?
The first six months...
Not counting long distance or the cycle, about 4 or 5 days, but I could go longer. Others have made the point I was trying to make in the how freaky thread: When you get sex whenever you want it, it ceases to be such a huge concern. |

Re: How long have you gone without sex in a relationship?
One of my friends has an ex that would make him wait for three weeks or more to get some...something about making it hotter or whatever. She would actually set a date for it. He said it was great, but never worth the wait. I think waiting on purpose is BS.

Re: How long have you gone without sex in a relationship?
i don't think i have ever had to say no to my boyfriend since we started having sex. we can easily go weeks without having sex sometimes. and over the 8 years of being together we've probably gone over a month more than once. but we did it twice yesterday... it all just depends, and isn't really an issue, he is happy and i am happy.

Making it unavailable makes you want it more. Best sex is after a long time apart. |

Re: How long have you gone without sex in a relationship?
all, let me let you in on what I thought wasn't a secret:
rather than go weeks without sex "to make it better", simply drop a hint in the AM that you're gonna rock their world that evening. It works wonders, and gets them thinking about sex all day. Trust me. |
