tworooks' attorney showed up, with a copyright infringement suit, and 2+2 didn't want to take any risks.

Hi,

We recieved complaints about your thread in home poker regarding 'working girls under the table'. After review, this doesn't seem like a thread that was ever appropriate for home poker, and it has been removed.

Maybe it was the fact that the OP was planning on engaging in an illegal activity in the future (assuming that prostitution is illegal where OP is located). I would be curious to find out why the OP was deemed inappropriate.

Reports about visiting Vegas that include illegal or illicit activities are borderline, occasionally we will edit or delete the thread if it crosses the decency bar but usually its ok. The moment someone asks where to procure illicit substances or services the poster is temp-banned in B&M, you can talk about it after the fact, but you cannot ask how to get it or advise where to turn - thats when it crosses the line. (RR and I are the B&M forum co-mods in case you are not aware)

In this specific situation Mat Sklansky was involved and I was consulted as well, but AJ is the mod of Home Poker and obviously was instrumental in the decision, and I think he made a very good decision that is best for the good of 2+2 in the long run. Sometimes as moderators we have to make judgment calls on topics that are gray, this was a good example... instead of condemning its removal you should be praising AJ for making a tough decision that benefits the forum in the long run - just my humble opinion of course.

Good decision; that thread was crude and worthless.
