It's stuff like this that will definitely have me thinking twice about playing satellites on FT for a major event.

And all the other negative stuff gets me to think twice about playing there at all.
I might not be playing there anyway because I'm happy at Stars. But anything is possible and I'm always considering my options.

I agree with Havana.
I believe some of their better known (on here at least) customer-relations foul-ups are costing them serious dough.

Cardcounter, I've seen a lot of your posts and I'm fairly sure you waste space and air on this planet.

At this point, if full tilt gave me infinite reloads, I would play there infiinitely.

I'm pretty much an FTP fanboy, but had a relatively negative experience with FTP when it came to the IronMan freeroll and the HU match scheduling. If it wasn't for FTPDoug being in touch with the community here at FTP, and being an overall stand-up guy, it would not have been resolved.

FWIW, if you win any FTP promotion that is sort of out of the norm, assume that FTP is NOT on top of the ball as far as getting it handled.

I ask this question with all sincerity: Why do these poker rooms run their CS as if they are on a shoestring budget? It boggles my mind that they are raking in money as fast as they can count it, yet they all skimp on something that could seperate them from their competitors.

It seems so obvious. Stars is not huge because of their reload bonus offers or rakeback. Bah...oh well, I guess people run businesses into the ground everyday.
