Pre Flop I would open raise TT from this popsition.

Flop. I think you are better checking here if button is c-betting a large % of the time. That flop has most likely given SB a pair/draw type hand so he will likely call btns c-bet giving you a nice spot to CRAI. If SB Check Raises buttons c-bet u have an easy fold.

Leading the flop is good if btn does not c-bet often.

I would raise TT t150 in the HJ. As played call limp / call pf is good.

After that I like your line.
