I rose PF because this table was tight and raising was definetly eliminating players. The table was straightforward and I felt I could get away pretty easily. That and I had been very tight up until this point as well

You are not eliminating UTG+1 at least. Any face card on the flop is trouble for your fours. Play it for the set value and limp, encouraging others to limp behind you and give you proper odds for flopping a set.

Grunch

The only play I disagree with is pre-flop. I don't understand the raise. I would raise if I were opening the pot, but I'm just limping here. Otherwise, I like the play on all streets.

I think the raise PF is a little too aggro. You play little pocket pairs when there are lots of players on the flop and you can expect a lot of action when you flop your set.
And you cant expect that when you raise PF.
And you are only MP. I mean a fold PF wouldnt hurt much either because there is only one limper in front of you.

Flop: fine.
Turn: 3-betting is fine. You have a set. Villain might only have two pair.
River: After his cap on the turn the call is fine IMO.
