Re: What\'s your play KK vs min-raise post flop
The call/crai-line may have worked here pretty well but as erc007 said, any J/Q/K/A would certainly kill the action on the turn so just get it in now.
If Villain just bluffraised the flop you wonīt get any more chip on turn / river anyway, so you arenīt losing anything. If he semibluffraised the flop maybe with OCs / lower PP he wonīt bet the turn either if you call the flop - and he gets 2 freecards. Said this I fully agree with anyone who said "bet-shove the flop". |

Re: What\'s your play KK vs min-raise post flop
Just so we're clear, the only reason to possibly call flop and get it on the turn is if we think villian is minraising with air. This *often happens* and they'll fold to the push. Whereas the call might induce another bet on the turn if we check to him, or he might try to shove over a bet on the turn.
That's the only reason not to 3bet shove flop, is if we think villian is bluffing and we can induce more action. |

Re: What\'s your play KK vs min-raise post flop
That is the logic..., induce another bet as villain will usually put you on two overcards that missed, like AK, AQ, AJ, KQ and think his TT is good...

Re: What\'s your play KK vs min-raise post flop
I guess its read dependent, if you think he is more likely to be bluffing with air and will fire again on the turn then go with the call then checkraise line, if you think its more likely hes got something to play with now like TT, then go for the 3bet allin. Id prolly 3bet it myself, would really depend on my mood though.

Re: What\'s your play KK vs min-raise post flop
i like calling over 3bet-pushing this flop because this is an air-y board and the villain may think we're FOS and uses the minraise to pick off bluffs
however if he villain has a history of minraising light with hands that can go to showdown (and not just like an AJ thinking he can get you off air) then shoving is better. also if you think villain is more likely to call your shove than to fire a 2nd bullet pushing becomes a better play as well |

Anyone calling the raise and leading the turn?
