Anybody else have problems getting into the GPC software? Any time ive tried in the past it just freezes on the home page until i exit.Im from Canada btw if thats anyway relevant.

Has anyone had more than one cashout from here? Do they make you send in documents the second time you cashout? I did the signup bonus long ago and sent documents but wonder if I will have to send them again.

I got the email with the offer and deposited. No bonus, so I contacted support. Here's their rather amusing answer:
