OP,

After villain minreraises preflop he thinks he has the nuts on the flop. He thinks it's the nuts with JJ and AA obv, but he also thinks it's the nuts with AK/AQ and will therefore opt to slowplay to not lose his customer.

You just cought up to most of his range so now it's time to consolidate. Sure, you will lose this hand a portion of the time, but don't be results oriented. This is a money-spot so you gotta go with it.

I reraise the turn to a committing amount, $140 or so. I don't want to call and wait for the river because there are a lot of river cards that suck: either counterfeiting or scare cards.

With A2 you are flipping vs his calling range (AA/JJ/AJ+) and you beat everything else (like KK and QQ), so I'm comfortable with getting most of it in on the turn.
