This is a full inch and a half longer that the average penis lengths reported by clinical studies. The Reuters article doesn't give much detail on the Indian study, but it's likely that Indians have the same average penis length as Americans.

I don't think 60% of Americans have condom issues from what I've heard, so this leads me to believe average penis size is bigger in America than India.

But it doesn't clarify what it means by the length the condoms cater for. Does this mean the average length of the condom or the average length of penises in Europe and North America?
