recommend me some good podcasts

I'm going to be first in with Filmspotting? I don't believe it.
It's a movie review podcast with two 30ish year old guys with artistic/ film school experience, from Chicago. Very entertaining, very professional- highly recommended.

Just listened to the first one, and it had Harvey Pekar on it, which was cool. Seems good so far, but scattered as to content. Other shows supposedly are more focused. I was more hoping to get feedback on it from others than recommend it myself.

I downloaded some Scientific American bits, one on The Science of Persuasion and one called 15 Answers to Creationist Nonsense, that were pretty good. I think I'm going to get more of those or maybe subscribe.

The Ricky Gervais Show podcasts are very funny

just finished my first tony kornheiser show. there was a fill in for tony (david burr?). overall pretty entertaining but wow, 1.5 hours is a looong time to listen. even the fill in was talking about american idol which was funny that got mentioned here.

everyone, thanks for all of the tips. ill wind up listening to many of the ones suggested ("Face the Nation", TWIT, "Best of Our Knowledge" in particular)
