Time to Bluff?

While I did not have any specific read on this player, I felt his second check on the turn was an indication that he did not have a J but was on the flush draw. I thought that this, plus my 7 outs (Qh Kh Ah complete the flush), made a push reasonable.

He had 9d 10d, paired his 10 on the turn and called my bet. I didn't improve on the river and he took it down. Lesson learned and I'll take the free card next time.

Question: would you have called my bet if you were him and just paired your 10?
