that guy is the best weak/tight ever. what kinda flop was he hoping for? If you replaced the A with a K, he would fold because he "knew you had KK."

He expected a flop straight?

with stack sizes, and pf action, there is no way you can fold that hand. good table selection, i hope you raised every bet of his.

For the villain, folding AK to a reraise would be a much better idea than calling with it. If you aren't going to put your money in w/ AK ON that flop and action, you just don't need to play the hand at all. He should only be playing AA and maybe KK. WHAT A NIT!!!

Yeah, nice check raise actually vs live players.

PS: Be careful with AK early in a Live table. People will often suspect you have nothing for the first few rounds and sometimes for good reason.

When a huge fish sits down at a live game, you often need to get his chips ASAP before the other players do. So I'll try to see flops with new pf raisers/re-raisers if it's sorta cheap and I have a big stack.

In other words, change your thinking about AK and the first few rounds. Also, reraise big pairs for value don't get tricky.

i think it's interesting that so many people want to fold to your pf rr.

I think I prefer shove vs. an unknown bigstack, but with 2 more players still in the hand the fold is reasonable. Especially compared to a call.

I honestly think shove>>>>>fold>call preflop, but I'm not really sure. Fold and call are pretty close IMO, but you actually have position so I'm on the fence there. Felt the flop 100%.
