Betroyal case:

CS politeness translates money cash flow to the company. They will be all nice & professional when you are giving them your money (depositing). Unfortunately it doesn't translate other way around. The guys handling withdrawals have strict rules how much they can pay out. They except that you would rather play with the money and lose than wait for the cash out to be processed.

LOL. "BetRoyal adds (SBR rating C-) "payout issues" button". As if players have a more of a chance of getting their money back..

I finally got my withdrawal request processed and I also got a lot of apologizes from the support. At least that is something. The money haven't hit Neteller yet though.

Damn i just did the 200 match bonus. The CS due was real nice and said they could do this for me again.(meaning the match bonus). I asked him how much and he replied," how much can you do." He was more than happy to do another 500 pounds. Anyway got 700 pounds tied up there. Cleared 12000/49000 and down 400. Wish i would have passed.

After I told him pontoon was my favorite game because I get real lucky playing it, CS offered me a 45% cashable pontoon bonus up to (some large amount of money, prolly 5000$) 35xD+B on my next deposit, with pontoon allowed (unlike normal) Im not sure if I should do it, depends on if they pay me today like they promised..

this is exactly why to check sites like casinomeister or sbr before depositing. this is one of the worst sites out there when it comes to slow/no pay/ i would NEVER put any more money in this book. I got a $2k cashout in about a month but that was almost a year ago. i have heard of people who have been waiting for 9 months or more to get paid by this scam book. go to sportsbookreview.com and search "royal" and you'll see what i mean.

This is good news!! What was your hassling strategy??..I have been making friends with sophie on live chat and curtis on the phone..hoping this will speed up the cash out...They were super cool when they wanted my money, so i am making them believe I am going to take them up on another bonus offer as soon as I get my cash out, which i definately would if I get paid quickly..It has only been 6 business days for me so far..I am sure I have a long wait ahead of me..Oh well, as long as I get paid!!
