b/c because he's passive. I'll c/r against an aggro, I really expect him to be valuebetting all pairs. He'll also bluff some hands that he'll fold if you bet.

Even a passive will usually valuebet top pair in a blind battle, won't he? He's probably not free showdowning low pairs too much, and he could still have a busted hand. I think check/call is best.

I don't think so in this case. I think people are overestimating his range here after a turn check raise. Also, people are saying things like he's going to raise K8o here, but then say that he won't bet a busted straight on the river.

Nobody checkraised any street.

Do people bluff the river a ton or something here? I see someone saying something like tihs and in my experience a 7 checks here A LOT.

7 doesn't call either. You're right that he didn't check raise. If he raised the turn with a straight draw though I think he bluffs the river sometimes.

If a 7 raised the turn, it should always be betting the river assuming it doesn't have showdown value.

Abs

Considering how the AP 5/10 plays his range after the turn range is soooo much wider than the one you quoted.

Not saying its enough to c/r.

"I would bet/call."
"I like a bet/call here."
"he's got a pair lots, bet/call "
"Bet/call...he might check behind a 9/overpair."
"i betcall"
"B/C"
"b/c"

disagree
