Seems like the only reason anyone hates your line is because they want to make the hand easier to play. I hate making it 180 on the flop, because you've now inflated the pot to the size where you're going to be folding every time anyone puts another chip in the pot. You turn your hand into a bluff.
I also don't see where the value in betting is on the flop. At least with your line, you got 200 chips in where it's much more conceivable that you're ahead.
