Seriously, what do you mean, "supposed to" act like? If that means some positive stereotype you want to aspire to, I guess it would be keeping your act together socially, as in being polite, not belligerent, etc. Staying off unemployment. If you mean negative, I guess that would be, being insular and cold to non-Asians, prejudiced especially against blacks, never moving out of an ethnic ghetto(and rich can still be ghetto, in that sense), never really partaking of the new country you're in or making friends there, maybe chewing beetlenut.

Do you treat all 2-way stops like 4-way stops? IE - you stop for a bit, then go, regardless if anyone is coming the other way. Also you routinely stop when you don't have the stop sign.

(At least in LA, this is pretty much the litmus test.)

going to cambodia was a great learniing and very humbling experience. i knew i had it good in the states but when i was there surrounded by proverty, it really hit me.

the country has trash everywhere except in seim reap (where ankor wat is). i guess they government makes sure siem reap is clean for the tourists. the government is [censored] up and corrupt. i remembering seeing huge government official houses and seeing normal people living in run down shacks with out doors. i also remember seeing the sewage from those houses draining into the poor peoples houses?

i felt bad when i would eat at restuarants becuase there would be poor kids around us watchign us eat. waiting for us to finish so they could haev scraps [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] we had to tell the owner that they could have the left overs or the kids wouldn't get any.

there were alot of beggers, my sister and i were the only ones giving anything. i felt so bad, there were so many amputees(camboida has the highest amputee rate in the world because the the land mines left over from wars), how can you not giving change (khmer change = 0.001 UDS) to a guy with no legs?

i let the kids shine my shoes even when i didn't want them shined cause i felt bad, and gave them extra when they finished.

over all i felt like an [censored] for having more than they did all because i got a plane ticket when i was 5.
