I play exclusively at Full Tilt Poker. I prepare for my session by jerking off to that "blonde nurse" avatar. Sometimes, when I feel frisky I go for the "NASA lady".

Forgot to mention that I put them on the "confused" emotion while I am shaving my carrot.

Is there any kind of routine that you do to get yourself in the right mindset? Any activites you do before a session that you feel helps you play better? Get your mind more focused on winning poker?

I find I play my best when I do a session review / respond to hands on the forum, right before I play.

It sounds like you may have a slight case of it, Shipit - Definitely yes to the door, and chips. Also stuff like checking windows are locked, etc. etc.

Yeah, it's not to full on, but if someone opens the door and kind of closes it gently it irritates me to the point i have to get up and kinda push on it...otherwise it is just irritating in the back of my head

What other little things like this do you find yourself doing? and how much do they irritate / annoy you?
