Thats a tough one. I know the capitals of a lot of obscure African countries, but I don't know any of the former Soviet republics.

I think it's a decent question. Challenging, but not impossible. I had a friend in HS who memorized every world capital. There's gotta be some geography nerd in OOT who will know it.
