My thought on this was that the long term damage of bankrupcy is worse than finding out that somebody who is unfaithful is unfaithful.

exactly. me and you actually agree on something.

it's gonna come out eventually anyway, the punishment is actually SEEING it happen, and i've seen some [censored] up things in my life anyway...

paying $1,000/mo, just ON INTEREST, for the seemingly the rest of my life, just isn't where it's at, for me at least..

If it were me, the wife and the dude she was banging would probably be dead and I would claim the life insurance on her to pay off the gambling debt. Its a twofor solution.

i figured the question was would you rather have 77k in debt or a cheating wife...such that if you chose the debt then your wife was loyal...
