fwiw i think those in school or have other means of income are kidding themselves if they think 100+ buyins is optimal. if i was in college and didnt have to pay bills or any of that LOL stuff (ie 2 years ago), you would bet I would use a much much more aggro br building strategy.

but since i have to pay bills and stuff, le sigh.

over 300k hands winning at the level I'm currently playing
and more than enough won to move up a few levels even with cashing out quite a bit

Used to take shots with 15BI for next level...then had a bad stint (read: breakeven) at FT 200NL like a year ago and havent gone back since...Im finally about to make myself move up in 20k (a week) more hands. Ive taken over 30k out of 100NL lol.

I am at 100NL, I move up with 20BIs and move down with 15BIs.
