Re: serious hand this time, obvious fold right?
As soon as his range widens to the point that shoving is profitable, you should shove. In this case it's not. Calling is bad for the reasons I gave in the other post.

[ QUOTE ] No. This is a bad spot that is misplayed by most PLO players. [/ QUOTE ] Hmmmm... What if the guy who raised is a super LAG-tard. Then does this become an automatic call or raise? [/ QUOTE ] guy who raised i said was quite tight and hadnt seen him raise much, so this i thought was easy fold, but even against a lag tard i would find it hard to call here, as he will have an ace and maybe the 9 but cards like 10j7 which means we will be scared at almost any card that comes off, unless it is one of 3 kings really |

am i the only one that likes call and see the turn? [/ QUOTE ] So if we hit a boat on the turn and it's not with the king are we prepared to play this to the felt? I agree with Rempel that many PLO players overplay OPs hand way too often here. Looks like an easy fold to me. Nothing worse than "hitting" and still losing 150bb. |

If you think you are ahead, raise to get max out of a AXXX with a non-9 or even get another AKXX to fold. Calling would allow another ace to pair the board. If you think you are behind folding is best obviously. |
