I started as a limit player. Anyone who likes money has moved on though.

Top limit players make more than you will ever make at NL, blackzie, I think your post is off. Not trying to be insulting, but I most negativity concerning limit stems from lower stakes play and an intolerance to the game's variance.

Now I need to read the rest of this thread because I was going to open an account with AP for rakeback.

Durrrrrrrrr I'm a low stakes NL player. Obviously the top limit players make more than me. But top NL players make tons more than they do so your point is worthless.

Also I'm not being negative about limit. It is just a less profitable game.

Zuh? 2k bankroll. 3/6 limit or .5/1 NL. Good win rate for limit 2.5BB/100= $15/100. Good win rate for NL 10PTBB/100= $20/100

It's not a joke....There are less fish playing limit. Your edge against said fish is smaller playing limit. Limit is less profitable.

i'm guessing you haven't actually played 3-6 and 5-10 short on absolute, so how about stop making blanket statements about things you know nothing about.

i'll tell you what, the full ring 1-2 on AP is the hardest game I've ever played in.

This month i've played 20K hands at 3-6, and for about 19K of those, I've had direct position on at least one guy that has stats like this

65/5/1.2

So yes, all the fish are gone.

Know nothing?

FACT: There are more NL tables running than limit tables
You can draw from this that there are fewer fish playing limit
FACT: Your edge against the fish is larger in NL
You can draw from this that NL is more profitable.

You're a moron. I never said all the fish were gone. Just that the fish are more plentiful in NL and that your edge over them is greater. Those combine to make NL more profitable. Would you care to argue with the winrates I posted earlier? If not kindly stfu about things you have no clue on.
