things could be very awkward if you ever had any type of relationship that went bad with her...it all depends on her personality, and looks.

This could either go real good, or real bad.

Edit: Oh yeah pics.

meh, her facebook only has her default pic, and you can't tell anything from it.

TBH, I only met her once. It was when my friend picked us up from LA, and I was slept in the back after we were introduced, cuz I was beat.

She's not exceptionally hot. Maybe a 5-6.

You can tell a lot from a Facebook picture. Just subtract 1.5 from it, if it's the profile picture.

Your analysis is almost correct. Subtract 1.5 if the girl in the picture is trying to hard to look good (e.g., posing like a model). If, however, said girl is in a very goofy or fun picture, and still looks good, you must add 1.5.

I've done the EV calculations for this particular instance, and the correct move is to stay where you are if the girl is even close to a 5. A 7 or higher makes the move +EV and a 6.5 is cutting it close, but a 5 just isn't high enough.

I had 2 girls that wanted me to live with them. I'm very good, completely platonic friends with them but I avoided it like the plague.

Imagine them having friends over and you hooking up with one of them and not calling her. You can't just avoid her and her advocate friends are there bugging you constantly.

No, I just don't want to live in an awkward situation for 6+ months.
