Because he didn't four-bet you're suggesting he could be trapping w/ KK, AA? That's possible. Most don't 4-bet, so I don't think that follows. When he 4-bets is that a bluff or for value?

Why not? He's got position on the Raiser and knows that he was 3-betting lots of pots. I'd occasionaly make that play with K's or A's. He's either got a hand that beats us or he is on a Monster Draw, in which case we are flippin coins anyway.
