Guy think about the difference between the following players.

21/15/1.8
28/20/2.2
33/23/2.2

Think about how differently you have to play against these 3 opponents and yet without a HUD, I don't really have an easy chance of telling the 3 apart.

Actually, having never used a HUD I have basically no clue what those stats might mean about how they play their hands. All these guys look quite troublesome though... I guess the middle one is the most irritating to be playing with. Right?

Wow I know nothing about stat reads.

By the way, I never play more than two tables because I can't follow the action at more than two.

Guy.

Geez, you don't even export notes or anything? That's tough, I don't know how you do it.

The first one is kind of a weak/tight TAG. The second is a solid/agressive/value TAG. And the last is a LAG TAG type. All aren't great to have at your table, but 2 and 3 are really tough to play against.

You must have a tough time using these boards sometimes without understanding the stats.

Yeah, and since you only play two tables it'll take you a longer time to run through your swings because it takes so long to reach meaningful numbers of hands. That's probably why it felt like you couldn't win for long periods of time because timewise, you handn't.

How many tables to you play?

I can't imagine playing 3 or more tables without a HUD. The other thing is that you're at a huge disadvantage to almost every tag at party 10/20 because they likely have thousands of hands on you, but you don't know anything about most of them.

All in all it probably cost you more a week (or a day) then it would to just buy a computer to play on. There are dell pc's for less then 300 or 15BB though you should probably get something a little better then the min. Particularly a better monitor and more RAM.
