If you're saying villain is really bad and is just clicking the call button, I wouldn't expect him to look much past his own hand.

okay, and what do bad villians have to see to bet twice allin against an unknown in a reraised pot out position on a four flush K high paired board?

Considering you are folding any hand w/o a spade, this looks like a pretty good bluff opportunity to me.

We can't really know, which is why you can't take lines like these vs unknowns. For all we know he's betting a K, this is an impossible situation given our actions up to this point. He could have a lower flush, KQ comes to mind, he could have K9. We don't have any way of knowing, this is why we need to bet the flop and/or raise the turn, you can't establish a reasonable range so you can't really make a correct decision as played I don't see how you can fold baring a read that we don't have.

PF is good.
Flop bet and call shove
Turn call or shove
River call
On the river you are getting good odds and your hand looks very weak you need to call especially because this could be air or a turned flush that is pissed off by the river.

Yeah I think you let the pause on the flop scare you when it was probably just him handling a hand at another table. I think you're seeing monsters under the bed here and scared yourself out of the best hand. Cold calling two raises then betting river? Could is be QsQx? QQ might not want to 4-bet but still wants to see a flop. and would prob value bet the second nut lfush on the river. KK would prob reraise with all the money already in there and 99 should be folding pf though it's possible.
